One Hundred Push-Ups in 6 Weeks

One of my brilliant clients turned me on to this exercise program, at hundredpushups.com.  The program trains you (well, you do all the hard work) to go from where ever you start from to being able to do 100 consecutive push-ups.

This is for any starting fitness level…For example, I could not do one good form standard push-up, so I am doing knee push-ups my first time through the program.  I’ll move onto standard push-ups next time!  There are several different kinds of push-ups…One will be comfortable yet challenging for you.

In the first week, I was able to go from 6 push-ups to 19 push-ups!  I’ve seen a huge difference already in the toning of my upper body.  I’d been working on push-ups for over 2 years, but obviously not very effectively…Now I know what works, and it is easy and really fun!
