The other day a dear friend asked…”What’s the deal with astrology? The stars don’t control us.”
My response, yes, it all starts in the mind. But every molecule in the universe will be a perfect reflection of our thoughts, so you can use the stars to see yourself and “predict” your future.
My coach asked me…”How do you process your thoughts?” My answer…I observe and interact with my environment.
Yes. It is all connected. The planets and their movements and how that “impacts” your experience, the foods you eat and how that “impacts” your body, your relationships with others, all aspects of your physical experience will ALL be a perfect reflection of your thoughts.
You can pick out any external object or event and say this is the cause of my condition. But we are just supposed to remember: It always starts with the thought-feeling. We are here to learn that our thoughts create our reality.
Our thoughts are imbibed with a self-creating, infinite source of fuel. This fuel is known as emotions. Emotions have a power and a direction. Power is a measure of strength and always creates towards good. The direction (aka positive and negative thoughts) is towards, or away from, that highest good. (That’s the free choice part and where things get extra creative here on planet Earth.)
Use your physical environment as a way to know your thoughts. In fact, it could be considered even less of a hall of mirrors than your own mind. But don’t make the mistake of being hypnotized by that external environment…That’s not where the real action is…The real action is going on inside of you.
